Duration : Up to two months
Who may apply? Students who are now pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree program in chemistry or closely related areas. While preference will be given to B.Sc. and M.Sc. students, students of chemical engineering (and related subjects) will also be considered.
How to apply? Application should be submitted online, or by post to the Coordinator of the Networking Resource Centre (see below). Students may directly contact any faculty member of the school and indicate their research preference in the application. The faculty research interests are indicated on the School of chemistry home page (intranet users click here).
Applications received till March 10, 2015 will be considered for the projects in Summer 2015. Selected candidates will be informed by the end of March or early April 2015.
Financial support: Travel expenses will be reimbursed as per UGC norms (preserve the original tickets). In addition, a Maintenance allowance of Rs.7000/- per month will be provided.
Accomodation: Limited accomodation is available on campus. Participants are encouraged to make their own arrangements for accomodation if possible.
